- Excepting in the case of a mini break, bookings will be for periods of 7 days (Saturday to Saturday) with entry being given from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival with departure being completed by 10am on the day of departure
- A booking will only be considered as confirmed when 50% of the total due for the booking period requested has been paid. Payment can be accepted in cash by cheque or via pay pal. Payment of the balance due is required six weeks prior to the beginning of the booking period. Non payment of the balance will be deemed as cancellation and the apartment will be deemed to be available for re-letting.
- Once a booking has been made and accepted a legally binding contract is entered into, and the tenant will be liable for payment of the full amount of rent. If it is possible to re-let the apartment for the period of cancellation only 10% of the total rent will be kept, plus any special advertising expenses or agent's commission, and the balance of any money paid will be refunded.
- Tenants are advised to take out insurance against cancellation.
- The tenant agrees to keep the apartment and all fitments, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the apartment in a like state of repair and condition, other than fair wear and tear, as at the commencement of the letting, and will pay for any loss, damage or breakage that may occur during the period of letting.
- No sub-letting of the apartment will be allowed, and the number of occupants must not exceed the numbers agreed prior to entry.
- The contract created on receipt of confirmation of the booking is not a secure tenancy in terms of the Rent Acts and confers a right to occupy the apartment for the period agreed for holiday purposes only.
- Workshops - All workshop activities are conducted at the participants own risk and although clients will be advised concerning some general health and safety precautions related to particular activities, participants do so at their own risk and agree to indemnify all other parties against claim for any damage or loss they may incur as a result of participating in any of these activities.
